A script is an ordered sequence of instructions (conditions and statements) using the j9Script Language
that describes the steps required to complete a task. Scripts are an advanced way to interact with devices, edit files, edit database data, make computations, update touch screens, etc.
Scripts can be as simple as a one line instruction statement, or can be very long and complicated including many lines of conditions and statements.
Elve supports scripts when executing rules
and when executing touch screen control actions such as a button press.
